Confluence Literary Festival

Writing workshops began Wednesday with a Snack and Stroll hike at the Scott M. Matheson Wetlands Preserve where the leaves were in the height of fall color. We shared homegrown apples, gluten free chocolate-chip cookies, raisins, protein bars, and g.o.r.p. as we introduced ourselves. Today's writing workshops featured both challenging food choices and sweet treats.

Tonight's treat was Telluride's Mountainfilm. I had no idea that roosterfishing could be so...athletic... or soil could be so inspiring. A real cornucopia of flavor!
